Every day, we are all exposed to varied degrees of air pollution, which may include emissions from motor vehicles, factories, power plants, burning of waste, and large-scale agricultural burning.

Air pollution affects all things. It is harmful to our health. It also affects the environment by reducing visibility, obstructing sunlight, causing acid rain, and depositing ultrafine particles that harm wildlife, reduce agricultural yields, and contaminate water sources.

Our projects aim to raise awareness and bring about positive change.

There are several ways you can support our initiatives.

Donations

Your gift will support our school projects which help raise awareness of air pollution in local schools and contribute towards developing STEM lessons. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), and environmental stewardship lessons.

Your gift will help build and maintain a citizen science network of monitors. The independent network will provide empirical data which is recognised as one of the most effective ways to understand the pressing problems of air pollution. CAP will make the data available to reputable researchers and environmental activists who will use it to find answers and implement effective solutions.

Your gift will help purchase, renew, and maintain the software used for the complaint forms and surveys. The gifts will also help commission professional reports needed to bring about environmental policy changes.
